SPSF - Strong People, Strong Families

Our SPSF Mission: to help individuals and families who face challenges to thrive. 

Our Mission is based on the following principles:

• Even though we are intelligent, thoughtful human beings – we  can unknowingly make serious errors in our family, romantic relationships or in the workplace that could have been avoided with mindful strategies and learning opportunities on these issues.

• Family violence in any of its forms is unnecessary.  Other ways exist to resolve conflicts. 

• Wisdom – bringing together the rational and emotional states of our mind in practical and uplifting ways - lowers the family and the public health bill and allows a family or society to expend more of its energies in entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. 

What we do based on our Mission: We offer many of our family resources for free and offer some of our coaching, counselling and consultancy services at reduced costs to persons and organizations that have financial challenges in line with the mission and values of our organization.

Who are we?  Our carefully selected team has been able to achieve difficult personal and professional goals and navigate losses and disappointments. We are top-rated, non-judgmental, confidential coaches, psychologists, nurses, physicians, business executives, engineers, environmental scientists and others who have all worked globally (some in the United Nations and other multilateral organizations) in addition to youth who uplift other young people.
